How to reactivate a Subscriber?
When a Subscriber, to whom campaigns are sent periodically, reaches a certain number of consecutive bounces (soft or hard) or no openings , Doppler changes its status to “Removed due to soft bounce” , “Removed due to hard bounce” or “Removed due to no openings” respectively.
This will remove your Subscriber from the Lists they were on and will not rec phone number library eive any communications sent to them. This policy aims to avoid sending unnecessary emails to users who, for various reasons, do not receive them.
Despite this, Doppler allows you to reactivate these Subscribers so that they start receiving your Campaigns again . To do this, you must send an email to [email protected] detailing the Subscribers to be reactivated. You can learn more here .
